Job description

The Procedure/Surgery Scheduler will coordinate and support the scheduling of surgeries, in collaboration with surgical departments, external business representatives, surgeons, physician’s assistants and patients.

They will allocates surgical blocks in collaboration with various department operations administrators, surgeons, physician’s assistants, clinic scheduling and desk personnel. The Procedure/Schedular will provide data and reports related to the house of surgery, as requested and demonstrate initiative and proficient organizational skills, to perform a variety of duties in support of physicians, patients, administrators and the institution.
