Job summary

Connecticut GI, a division of GI Alliance, is seeking a full-time experienced Procedure Scheduler to join Fairfield Care Center. The role focuses on scheduling procedures and office visits, updating patient information, obtaining cardiac clearances, and ensuring ASC documentation is complete.

Requirements include 2+ years of related experience and EMR experience (Epic preferred). On-site position in Fairfield with competitive pay and benefits; schedule is 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedure and office visit appointments per CTGI policy and scripting.
• Update insurance and demographic information when scheduling.
• Obtain cardiac clearance for procedures when warranted; follow up for ASC documentation.
• Assist with general office functions as needed; support CTGI staff.
• Answer incoming calls, route messages to providers or staff.
