Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care within the nursing practice model. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans while delegating tasks per Texas nursing laws and staff skills.

You will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, educate patients and staff, and apply systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff, ensuring safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have RN with accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred though less than a year may suffice.
• Major focus in Nursing and RN licensure required.
• BLS (or obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using the nursing practice model.
• Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans.
• Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws and staff skills.
