Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to provide licensed nursing care, assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans within the nursing practice model.

You will delegate tasks under Texas nursing laws, participate in quality improvement, educate patients and staff, and contribute to safe, patient-centered care across the care continuum at our Texas facilities.

Qualifications

• Accredited program or 2 years minimum, required for this position.
• A major focus or specialization in Nursing.
• Ideally some relevant professional experience, though less than 1 year would suffice.
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and prioritize their needs; create and adjust care plans.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and staff; teach at all levels of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor indicators.
• Contribute to decision-making and promote patient-centered care.
