Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's BSW Medical Center-Lake Pointe Endoscopy Lab in Rowlett, TX is seeking a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in the endoscopy setting. You will assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the surgical team.

The role requires a TX RN with ACLS/BLS/PALS certification, at least 2 years PACU/ER/ICU experience, and readiness to respond within 30 minutes during 08:00-20:00 shifts, with call duties.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)
ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications
Minimum of 2 years PACU, ER or ICU experience
Pediatric experience nice to have but not required

Responsibilities

Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses.
Develop and adjust personalized care plans with the care team.
Regularly assess patient responses and progress.
Delegate tasks based on nursing laws and staff skills.
Contribute to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
