Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health's Endoscopy Lab in Rowlett, TX seeks a Procedural Registered Nurse to oversee patient care using the nursing practice model, including assessing patients and developing care plans.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, teaching patients and staff, and contributing to quality improvement. Requires TX RN license, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and 2+ years in PACU/ER/ICU; pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active TX RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years PACU, ER, or ICU experience.
• Pediatric experience is nice to have but not required.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using the nursing practice model.
• Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans.
• Delegate tasks per Texas law and staff skills.
• Educate patients and staff as part of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
