Responsibilities

• The probation supervisor will provide leadership and supervision to probation officers.
• Oversee the daily operation for intake, probation, and parole services to ensure optimum customer service.
• Conduct continuous quality assurance to ensure the fidelity of assessment tools, accuracy of court reports, and the appropriate delivery of case management.
• Provide coaching and guidance to probation officers using strategies designed to improve job performance.
