Job summary

Massachusetts Trial Court in Framingham/Natick seeks an entry-level Probation Case Administrator I to perform data entry, run CARI queries, compile daily trial lists, and provide administrative support at the front desk.

You will handle customer service for coworkers, lawyers, law enforcement and the public, process case files, update records, and assist with court procedures and forms. Requires a high school diploma or GED and one year of related work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
• One year of related work experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at front counter and handle calls.
• Enter and update restraining orders.
• Process mail, file court papers, and prepare documents for court sessions.
• Update CARI with continuance dates and depositions.
• Assist attorneys, litigants, and law enforcement with case information.
• Support Probation Officers with closing of cases and updating MassCourts.
