Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements as stated: HS diploma or GED; dispatcher experience or equivalent combined education/experience.
• Prefer an associate degree in business, communications or related field.
• Experience in supervisory roles and knowledge of dispatch operations and radio communications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate staff, schedule 24/7 coverage.
• Oversee dispatch operations and equipment (radio, CAD, NICE).
• Train staff and develop training materials and manuals.
• Coordinate with APD, JPD, Court Security and others on projects and meetings.
