• Prepare probate and estate documents under attorney/paralegal direction.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Organize probate case files and maintain labeling, scanning, and accessibility.
• Prepare, format, and assemble probate and estate documents under supervision.
• Serve as a calm, helpful contact for clients by phone, email, and mail.
• Gather information and documents from new probate clients during intake.
• Follow up with clients to collect forms, signatures, and missing information.
• Schedule client meetings and track court-related deadlines.
• Watch case deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
• Handle data entry, scanning, copying, and filing accurately.
• Assist with general office tasks and keeping team resources organized.
• Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism.
