Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to clients on business formation, including drafting and reviewing articles of incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements in compliance with Florida laws.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, such as partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management to support business operations and growth.
• Represent clients in business disputes in Florida courts or ADR settings.
