Qualifications

• 2+ years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or similar roles.
• Proven track record identifying passive candidates.
• Strong outbound communication & relationship-building skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.

Responsibilities
