Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound and inbound calls; schedule appointments and engage customers in the lobby and during transactions.
• Foster relationship-building conversations using the CRM and other resources to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while using digital tools to support customers.
• May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.
