The Fulton Bank, N.A. relationship banker role is a full-time position based at the Newberrytown financial center in Etters, PA. The 40-hour workweek excludes Sundays and schedules around branch hours.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by handling service and sales needs, opening accounts, assisting lending, and guiding clients to digital solutions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls and inbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and engage customers in the lobby and during transactions.
• Use CRM and resources to foster relationship-building and consistent onboarding of new customers and expansion of existing relationships.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies, applying sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers and resolve issues.
