40 hours/week) is based at our Newberrytown financial center in Etters, PA, with schedule aligned to branch hours and no Sundays. You will handle account openings, lending referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing, acting as a trusted advisor to deepen customer relationships and promote banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound calls and inquiries; promote digital solutions to meet sales goals.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and use the CRM to foster relationship-building conversations and onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while using sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions knowledge to support customers and resolve problems.
