Job summary

Capital Square Living seeks a Service (Maintenance) Specialist to handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit readiness for leasing. You will diagnose issues, perform safe repairs, and keep common areas clean and functional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnoses causes of defects and performs repairs per safety standards.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; inspects for safety and risk.
• Responds to questions calmly and resolves resident issues.
