Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Service (Maintenance) Specialist to perform hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance across property buildings and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders, and ensure spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards set by management.

The role includes preparing units for leasing, maintaining grounds, and assisting with inspections. A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication with residents and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, teammates, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults, repair according to safety standards and codes.
• Prepare vacants for leasing and move-ins, restock supplies, inspect work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including trash pickup and basic cleaning.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.
• Communicate property needs to management and respond to inquiries.
