• HS diploma (or GED) required.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to diagnose and correct problems.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing the defect.
• Make repairs per policy, safety standards and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing and new move-ins.
• Procure supplies, complete tasks and inspect work.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities; clean and paint curbs/signage as needed.
• Pressure-wash walkways and pool areas; assist with general cleaning.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety risks.
• Address resident questions politely and resolve issues calmly.
• Report property needs to management to keep facilities in good repair.
