Qualifications

• Must have a two-year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance and 2–3 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMMS and production workflow/controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform all condition-based and preventive maintenance work to OEM standards.
• Analyze line performance data and provide line improvement support based on findings and analysis.
• Understand the Theory of Operation for all equipment in area of responsibility.
• Document all work order information within the CMMS per best practices.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Actively participate in Plant Initiatives and Improvement teams.
