Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Indianapolis facility to operate and maintain high-speed packaging and processing equipment. You will follow autonomous and preventive maintenance standards to improve reliability, safety, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yrs in industrial maintenance and able to troubleshoot a full automated production facility.
• Experience with high-speed packaging machinery preferred.
• Knowledge of safety & lockout/tagout programs.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery targets.
• Follow autonomous maintenance (AM) and preventive maintenance (PM) standards.
• Report losses and variables to improve line reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a food manufacturing facility.
