Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:00pm - 10:30pm) to repair and maintain machinery across our facilities. The role requires 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work a flex schedule as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing.
• Highly organized, self-starter that can work with little direct supervision.
• Ability to work cross functionally to achieve outstanding results.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine facility maintenance as assigned.
• Performs preventative maintenance regularly.
• Troubleshoots PLCs and mechanical devices.
• Repairs and replaces defective parts.
• Sets up and operates metalworking tools to make parts.
• Maintains organized shop and supplies.
