Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or active CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic/Medic certification.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association obtained within 3 months of hire.
• All required credentials must be maintained throughout employment.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic clinical and clerical support in patient care per MA scope.
• Assist across urgent care sites and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Perform vital signs, history taking, screenings, and health maintenance tasks.
• Provide scheduling, chart prep, referrals, and check-in/out support.
