Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Medical Assistant program or CT CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association within 3 months of hire date.
• All credentials must be maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Vitals, patient history, screenings, and virtual health support.
• Assists providers with in-house procedures and point-of-care testing.
• Administrative support including scheduling, referrals, check-in/out, prior authorizations, and transportation facilitation.
• Floats to other Hartford HealthCare Medical Group offices as needed.
