P1 Service, LLC is seeking a Proactive Solutions Sales Consultant to grow our preventative maintenance and service business in Windsor, CO. Based out of the Windsor office, you will drive prospecting, plan sales activities, and close facility maintenance contracts.

The role emphasizes building professional relationships, staying technically current, and developing strong local client networks in the Windsor market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Prospecting and consultative selling.
• Develops and sustains a continuous prospecting process to identify qualified leads.
• Uses consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and map P1 capabilities.
• Writes proposals, presents to customers, and closes contracts.
• Manages relationships throughout the sales cycle and monitors customer satisfaction with maintenance services.
