Job summary

P1 Service, LLC is seeking a Proactive Solutions Sales Consultant to develop and grow our preventative maintenance and service business in the Wichita, KS market. This position will be based out of our Wichita, KS office.

The Proactive Solutions Sales Consultant role is highly visible, focusing on identifying prospects, creating sales plans, engaging leads and customers, and closing maintenance contracts. Build relationships and deliver tailored service solutions to clients.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

Plans, efficiently schedules appointments and manages time to assure maximum productivity.
Prospecting and consultive selling.
Develops and sustains a continuous prospecting process to identify and contact qualified leads.
Uses consultive selling techniques to determine prospects, customer needs and to match P1 capabilities to those needs.
Writes proposals, makes sales presentations and closes sales contracts.
Manages prospect and customer relations throughout the sales cycle and sustains a supportive working relationship with customers to include monitoring their satisfaction with P1’s maintenance service.
