Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a LOS (LiveOps) team member to execute SOPs and use internal tools to provide best-in-class support to Customers, Merchants, and Dashers. You will monitor operations and help incubate new initiatives, ensuring a smooth, low-friction experience for our clients.

You will triage issues, interact across DoorDash for Business teams, and help scale process improvements with attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, operations, or account management.
• Ability to prioritize varying tasks and manage changing priorities.
• Think outside the box and use critical thinking to resolve issues.
• Maintain high quality and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer support issues to assess urgency and prioritization.
• Utilize internal tools to complete SOP requirements.
• Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers via phone/text/chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Create documentation to support experiments and initiatives, and fill trackers for adherence.
• Support new operational processes and pilots.
