Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a LiveOps team member in Los Angeles to execute SOPs and use internal tools to provide best-in-class support to Customers, Merchants, and Dashers. You will help improve ongoing initiatives within DoorDash for Business and ensure smooth operations.

You will triage issues, prioritize tasks, and collaborate across departments while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer support, operations, or account management.

Responsibilities

• Triage customer support issues to assess urgency and prioritization.
• Use internal tools to complete SOP requirements.
• Proactively contact Customers, Merchants, and Dashers by phone, text, or chat to resolve moderately complex issues.
• Create documentation for processes to support experiments and initiatives that improve quality.
• Support new operational processes and pilots.
