Qualifications

• Minimum three years in IT technical support handling hardware, software, and network issues.

• Proficiency with Windows deployment, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, in-person, and help desk for hardware, software, network, OS, applications, and VOIP.
• Manage and maintain Help Desk operations including ticketing, documentation, resolution, and escalation.
