Job summary

Sky Ranch is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support Windows and Apple workstations, manage O365, Teams, and SharePoint, and administer user accounts via Microsoft Entra. You will maintain Sky Ranch LAN/WAN across multiple sites, coordinate with security providers, and lead projects to automate support processes.

The role requires a four-year IT background, an associate degree in computer technology (bachelor's preferred), and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in Information Technology.
• Cloud-focused environment with Entra experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows and Apple workstations and related hardware/software.
• Respond to help requests via phone, email, or camp radio; communicate during troubleshooting.
• Maintain Sky Ranch LAN across six sites and point-to-point networks across five sites.
• Manage O365, Teams (including Phones), and SharePoint; administer users via Microsoft Entra.
• Coordinate with security provider to maintain security posture and firewall.
• Lead networking projects and streamline support processes.
• Administer usernames, passwords, and mail accounts (O365).
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace hardware as needed.
• Track hardware inventory and work with vendors/contractors.
• Collaborate with Director of IS and Analytics on new technologies.
• Be on-call outside standard hours; seasonal shift to Sunday-Thursday or Tue-Sat.
