Artisan Design Group is seeking a Scheduler to manage installation schedules and ensure alignment with customer timelines. You will coordinate with builders and internal teams to dispatch installations on scheduled dates and monitor material deliveries to prevent delays.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction/home building experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor installation schedules for resource allocation.
• Oversee customer portals to meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for timely material delivery; notify delays.
• Monitor shortages and develop prevention processes.
• Learn and use RFMS and FMS software.
• Maintain communication with customers, subcontractors, and staff.
• Understand installation guidelines and safety policies.
• Support warehouse operations including inventory and deliveries.
• Review processes to identify efficiency improvements.
