Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking an Installation Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the Installation Manager, ensuring timely cabinet deliveries and installations. The role maintains installation schedules and records in RFMS, prepares work orders, confirms installation dates with Field Managers and construction managers, and supports installer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, scheduling, or coordination roles.
• Familiarity with RFMS or similar scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; eligible to work in United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain cabinet installation dates in RFMS and ensure scheduling information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate and print work orders and paylines to support scheduled installation activities.
• Coordinate cabinet deliveries in alignment with installation schedules and communicate scheduling information to the appropriate parties.
• Confirm installation dates with Field Managers and Construction Managers and communicate updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate installer records and update the installer database as information changes.
• Collect, process, and maintain required paperwork for new installers in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Installation Manager and tracking scheduling details.
• Coordinate with internal teams and installers to resolve scheduling or documentation discrepancies.
