Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with multiple departments.
• Proven track record of building customer relationships at multiple levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day needs of customers.
• Maintain current database of active customers' contact info.
• Utilize CRM software daily to maintain information.
• Establish relationships with multiple individuals at each location.
• Review reports to identify opportunities and potential sales loss.
• Monitor service levels to ensure agreed-upon service.
• Communicate with customers to identify needs and coordinate with departments.
• Report weekly on interactions and customer concerns.
• Review marketing and product information with customers.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new customers.
• Onboard new units and complete Customer Set-Up forms for efficient implementation.
