Job summary

Truly Good Foods seeks an Inside Sales / Customer Support Specialist to support Account Executives, sell products by phone, and guide customers through orders. Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with benefits and a sign-on bonus.

The role emphasizes excellent computer skills and a proactive, customer‑minded approach. Responsibilities include processing orders, managing data across EDI systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic CRM use.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI sales orders including acknowledgments, entry, and invoicing.
• Maintain customer order guides and enter data for orders.
• Use CRM to send automated follow-up emails after interactions.
• Provide product and pricing information and order status updates.
• Assist customers in placing orders and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Understand products to communicate features and benefits effectively.
• Escalate complex issues and identify process improvements.
