Truly Good Foods is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Support Specialist to support Account Executives, sell products by phone, and manage customer interactions. The role includes data entry, order processing, and CRM usage to improve efficiencies.

Flexible benefits and incentives are available; work hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday. Hourly pay with benefits, a sign-on bonus, and incentive programs are offered to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Process EDI sales orders and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain customer order guides.
• Enter and manage customer data for orders via EDI systems.
• Use CRM to automate follow-up emails and streamline tasks.
• Respond to inquiries with product and pricing information.
