Job summary

A Miami-based couple seeks a dependable Personal Assistant / House Manager to keep their home and daily life running smoothly in person at their residence.

You will handle shopping, packing, travel itineraries, schedules, and coordinate with cleaners and vendors to maintain an organized home.

This role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, discretion, and a proactive approach; must be physically present in Miami and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a house manager, personal assistant, or high-touch service role.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
• Reliable, discreet and comfortable in a private home.
• Conversational English with valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Keep the home organized day to day: tidying after meals, resetting rooms, light cleaning as the day goes on.
• Organize closets, pantry and storage; manage laundry and packing/unpacking.
• Grocery shopping and restocking household essentials.
• Prepare coffee, smoothies and approx. one light meal per day; meals from a service for other meals.
• Oversee cleaners, vendors and deliveries when on site.
• Send a short morning message with the day's schedule; book meetings and appointments as requested.
• Make restaurant and activity reservations; plan end-to-end travel; run errands.
