Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience making a high volume of outbound calls.
• 1+ year in customer service or patient-facing work.
• Comfortable working a queue and moving between software systems while on a call.

Responsibilities

• Handle a queue of service tickets and call patients.
• Outbound dialing, leaving voicemails, and follow-ups.
• Schedule fittings and coordinate calendar with providers.
• Check back after each appointment to confirm resolution.
