Job summary

Inpro WT in Mint Hill, NC is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator who can own the customer experience from quote through shipment. This in-office role focuses on connecting customers with products, information, and internal resources to move projects forward.

You’ll respond promptly by phone, email, and in person; coordinate orders; maintain accurate records; and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. A proactive mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience across phone, email and in-person interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent (HSED/GED) is required.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer across phone, email and in-person interactions.
• Respond promptly with professional guidance on products, pricing, orders and status.
• Coordinate orders, quotes and documentation through to shipment.
