• Maintain knowledge of collection policies, manuals, and applicable legalities in collections.
• Collaborate with loan officers for collection purposes.
• Retrieve delinquency reports and make initial contact with delinquent loan customers via telephone, letter, or face-to-face.
• Other duties as assigned.
