Responsibilities

• Coordinate, execute, and document repairs to common areas and units.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas.
• Identify and repair health and safety risks on the property.
• Record and track work orders in the designated platform.
• Perform porter/custodial duties as part of daily responsibilities.
