Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a PRO Services associate in Glen Burnie, MD to cultivate relationships with professional customers and grow their business. You will support PROs in-store, manage orders, and promote PRO credit and rewards programs while collaborating with store teams to maximize PRO participation.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, bilingual capability, and strong product knowledge across Floor & Decor offerings, with travel occasional for field activities and a focus on

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce / CRM software is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on our selling process.
• Educate PRO customers about PRO benefits and programs.
• Coordinate and assist PRO customers in-store activities.
