Job summary

Qualifications

• General Studies as a baseline qualification for the role.
• High school diploma or GED acceptable in lieu of education requirement.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Understand Pro customers' project needs and timelines to provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships by engaging on the sales floor.
• Utilize extended inventory programs to win sales when products are not available.
• Partner with sales floor, fulfillment, and outside teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Maintain Pro Desk area and support store operations.
• Leverage training platforms for updates and selling skills.
