The role involves traveling within the assigned territory, generating leads, soliciting orders, and building relationships with purchasing contacts to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years outside sales experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3-6 months on the job.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage Prospects new sales leads through various channels.
• Plan travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Attend home builder meetings and participate actively.
