Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is seeking a Pro Services Sales Representative to serve as the go-to partner for builders, architects, and organizations, connecting them with the right products and solutions through expert guidance and outstanding service.

You will manage leads, travel within your territory, and cultivate relationships with buying contacts. Strong sales experience and blueprint-reading ability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years outside sales experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and specification books within 3-6 months on the job.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
• Pre-employment screening includes background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage new sales leads through multiple channels including internet, directories, social media, and trade shows.
• Plan travels throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers such as homebuilders, multi-family builders, and architects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Collaborate and participate in home builder meetings to support customer lifestyle goals.
