Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
3 years of sales or customer service in a retail or contractor environment.
English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred.
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
Must be detail-oriented, taking time to read/follow details of builders/contractors.
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Monitor Research and study product information
Manage Provide necessary point-of-sale information. Close sales
Support Accurately write and enter bids/orders, including pre-install measures. Support outside sales teams
Assist Approach customers in a timely manner on the sales floor and promptly answer telephones
Collaborate When applicable, support install team with order maintenance, and scheduling of follow up calls
