Floor & Decor in Portland, OR seeks a PRO Sales Associate to nurture relationships with professional customers and grow their business. You will support in-store PRO desk activities, manage orders, and participate in PRO programs to enhance customer value.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in contractor sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce; bilingual ability is a plus. It’s a fast-paced hourly role with travel possible up to 20%.

Formación

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the PRO desk in-store: phone calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Collaborate with store team to identify PROs and promote PRO programs and credit solutions.
• Train and assist the team on selling processes and proactive customer engagement.
