Job summary

Floor & Decor in Plano, TX is seeking a PRO Sales Specialist to build strong relationships with professional contractors (PRO customers) and help grow their business. You will report to the PRO Services Manager and support the execution of Floor & Decor's PRO priorities.

Key duties include understanding PRO market trends, collaborating with Installation Materials and Design Services, and serving PRO customers in-store to promote our PRO programs and credit solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the dominant language in the store trade-area is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class PRO customer experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, manage orders, order follow-up, customer support and escalations.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Train and support the Store Team on how to use our selling process.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and the PRO Premier Rewards Program.
