Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a PRO Sales Associate to build relationships with professional customers and help grow their business. You will support the PRO desk in-store, manage orders, provide customer support, and escalate issues as needed.

The role emphasizes knowledge of Floor & Decor products and a strong customer-service mindset. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma (associate degree a plus), at least 1 year in contractor sales, and strong communication

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher a plus.
1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or installation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Experience with CRM/ Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to deliver a world-class PRO customer experience.
Support the PRO desk in-store: calls, orders, follow-up, support and escalations.
Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs in-store.
Maintain product knowledge and train the Store Team on selling processes.
Educate PRO customers about benefits and enroll in PRO Premier Rewards and PRO App.
Promote PRO Credit Solutions and assist customers in-store.
Coordinate and assist PRO customers in-store activities.
Collaborate on store initiatives and present program benefits effectively.
Demonstrate strong customer service and results orientation.
Possess interpersonal skills across cultures; multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
