Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world-class experience.
• Support the PRO desk in-store with customer support and order management.
• Collaborate with Store Team to identify PROs.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salesforce / CRM software experience

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
