Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated individual for a customer service role focused on our PRO customers in Stockton, California. The position involves managing orders and collaborating with the store team to enhance the customer experience. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and some experience in retail or contractor sales.

Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for our PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store: manage orders and customer support.
• Collaborate with the Store Team to identify PROs in our Store.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Salesforce / CRM software

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Associate Degree or higher
