Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to engage Pro customers, understand their project needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will create quotes, manage materials lists, and coordinate deliveries while promoting Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs.

The role emphasizes building relationships with Pro customers, expanding Pro accounts, and collaborating with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe’s retail experience.
• 1 year of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs.
• 1 year of experience providing customer service, including assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales goals by proactively engaging Pro customers and driving sales growth.
• Develop understanding of Pro customers’ project needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders and deliveries.
• Promote Pro Credit and Lowe’s Loyalty Programs to grow Pro accounts.
• Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up to ensure on-time completion.
• Prospect for new Pro customers and build relationships on the sales floor.
